Mer Intérieure

This glass art installation unfolds in waves. Mare internum is the name given to the Mediterranean Sea in the classical world and is also the French title of this sculptural piece. In the untameable expanse that is the sea, rebellion is the movement of life. This mix of glass and motion embodies the words of French poet Charles Baudelaire: “Free man, you will always cherish the sea.”
