Coronation Chair
This is a miniature coronation chair in 1:24 scale based on the famous 700-year old chair which is used for every King and Queen’s coronation in the UK, complete with lions, inscriptions and the Stone of Scone. Hannah Lemon made it for King Charles’s coronation, studying photos provided by Westminster Abbey. She used clay and wood, and hand-painted the chair with acrylics.
