Black oval vessels and pale yellow sieve
These three pieces were hand-thrown on the wheel. They are altered ovals, to which a base was added. The flexibility of porcelain is manipulated with skill and precision to deftly alter the circular body, creating a new geometry. The original form has vanished, and instead becomes exploration, enquiry and risk.
