Flower 1

This is a sculpture from the Flowers series, born from research on the shape of petals. The result is very abstract. The different types of colouring and shapes intend to give lightness to the material, which in turn is worked to enhance the lightness of the shape. Here Umberto Ughi chose shades of pink and blue.
