This complex glass sculpture is the result of many hours spent by Alessandro Boscolo lampworking with Murano glass. This impressive piece is part of a series of sculptures inspired by the world of dreams. In particular, Dream is a metaphor for the personal process of searching for oneself. The sculpture is inspired by the solar plexus chakra and is composed of twisted black branches embracing a small aquamarine centre, a big dark topaz section around it and a thinner aquamarine halo. The shape and all the details are made at the torch, when the glass is in a molten state, by shaping with tools and hand movements.
