Tram

In this coffee table the tabletop doubles as a tray. The narrow table is made of moulded natural and dyed veneer and fits into the spaces between the sofa and wall. A handle pushes through the hole in the tray, keeping the tray in place. The pieces were inspired by the careful craftsmanship and detailing of old city trams and are made of oak, walnut, and dyed veneer.
