This is a large sculpture of kiln-cast glass. Its surface is polished with ground, sandblasted textures. Inside are structures of grey and bright shades of orange. These are reminiscent of a volcano. The sculpture was made with melted optical glass, powder overlay, and the techniques used are grinding, sandblasting and polishing.
