Lilacs earrings

These purple earrings are composed of a series of lilac flowers, meticulously cut from a six-tenths thick sheet of silver, stamped and soldered to the centre. The tube used to attach the flowers to the silver stem was also handmade. All the elements were then enamelled piece by piece, and finally mounted on the stems. This jewel is featured in the book New Earrings by Nicolas Estrada.
