Inchiw

This is a pair of woven silver earrings that simulate a piece worked in sheet due to its two-dimensional aspect. Looking closer, there is a structure of moulded and soldered wire interwoven with other thinner wires. This emulates the collective imagination of traditional Mapuche silverwork and the act of weaving as if on a loom.
