L'Asiatique, La Mamounia Hotel, Marrakech

This is one tabletop of a set of 25 that were made for the restaurant L'Asiatique at the palace hotel La Mamounia in Marrakech. It is a creation that was commissioned by the Paris-based design firm Jouin Manku in collaboration with Cassina. Melted and acidulous blue, ochre and brown colours are evident in this enamelled steel tabletop.
