Acanthus Panel

This decorative panel was made using ancient blacksmithing techniques. The hand forged acanthus leaf is placed on a rusted sheet of metal and then etched with floral details. With this piece, Nikolai's aim was to show traditional blacksmithing patterns out of their usual context to create an independent work of art.
