Valkyrja, the Viking ship

This Viking ship is one of a collaborative series between Egeværk and Backhaus-Brown in which wood and glass are combined and fitted together. It was named after the Valkyries, mythical female deities who, on Odin's command, chose the warriors who would fall during battle and escorted them to Valhalla.
