Erika Kristofersson Bredberg created this glass sculpture for her BÄA exhibition. The objects in the series are influenced by the body and existential thoughts. When reading about matter and “aggregated state” (the physical elements that make up the universe), Erika first misread aggregation as aggression and thought it comical that matter should be created from anger. The error, quickly realised, nonetheless inspired her to channel varying emotions into the series, in which notions of solids, liquids and gasses become moods illustrated in glass.
