This piece was created for the Benaki Museum exhibition Ptychoseis, which explored the idea of folds and pleats in fashion history. Inspired by the brand Pleats Please by Issey Miyake, Despina created a fragmented silver square in order to showcase the expressive force of pleated textures on static objects.
