Gold wedding rings

These wedding rings reflect Eglė's appreciation of the Earth and her concerns about the environment, depicting not only a union between two people but between humans and nature as well. The texture, created by printing tree bark and leaves onto the gold, was designed to evoke the human connection with, and dependence on, the natural world.
