Pedestal for Ntra. Sra. de la Soledad, Hermandad de la Vera-Cruz, Cádiz

This Rococo-style silver pedestal was inspired by the altar that houses the image of the Stmo. Cristo de la Vera-Cruz in the Parish of San Francisco, Cádiz. The pedestal features intricate sculpted features with scenes from the life of the Virgin on the sides (Presentation in the Temple and Birth of the Virgin), and an Exaltation of the Virgin of the Angels among Franciscan Saints on the front.
