Grey and orange Porcelain vases

These wheel-thrown grey and orange porcelain vases with orange inlay details, are glazed inside, then unglazed and polished outside. Chloë made this series in residence at the International Ceramics Studio, Kecskemét, Hungary in August 2019. The orange inlay gives the impression that the line goes right through the piece. The collection is inspired by the colour experiments of Josef Albers.
