Halcyon

The cocoon shaped piece draws inspiration from a fictive winter scene. It is composed from kiln-worked glass and stringers, and cast into one with gypsum. The title refers to the peaceful calm winter days, known as “Halcyon days“ which originates from Greek mythology.
