Opaline, bleu et rose

The inspiration for the Modular Shapes series derives from transparency, light, space, depths, and colour gradations. This work was made through several labour steps of blowing, coldworking, sculpting and assembling glass. When brought together in harmony, these elements turn Jonas' sculptures into a living object: changing constantly the gentle interaction between translucence and color transitions.
