This intricately sculpted stone sculpture is a reproduction of a 15th century Armenian cross-stone from Tatev monastery complex in Armenia. Hambik Hambardzumyan's sculptures are strongly influenced by traditional Armenian motifs. He perpetuates sculptural traditions handed down to him by his father, as well as Armenian heritage.
