In 2013, Filip Dobias studied as an exchange student at the Institute of glass art in Toyama, Japan. During this period he visited many astonishing places all around Japan. He had a great opportunity to learn a lot from the best Japanese artists, architects, and artisans. Above all, he soon found himself in love with the ancient Japanese culture. In this collection, Filip Dobias wanted to explore its mysteries and honour the meticulous Japanese attention to detail and proportions.
