Spiral Stair
Sally used pyrography to burn the designs into the surface of this lathe-turned vessel, combined with carving and the application of metal leaf and acrylic paint. Her inspiration came from a drawing of a spiral stone staircase, leading her to explore further themes of curves and spirals.
