This table was handcrafted using traditional joinery. The design is a reinterpretation of the traditional low round peasant table. Because Cristian had only one board of cherry, one leg is made of maple. Butterfly inlays were used to patch small cracks in order not to waste any material. The surface was finished with natural oils and wax.
