VALK
VALK is the Norwegian word for “love handle”. Eirin Bjørsland Hansen's work deals with identity and confidence, and in this body of work she explores how we see our self and our own bodies. The figure, hand blown from glass, was sandblasted and brush polished. The opaque black figure is placed atop a fabric structure.
