Rope-coil collection

This is a collection of three contemporary baskets handwoven by Sarah Loughlin. Created using the deep red tones of English willow and sporting corkscrew hazel handles, the undulating textural patterns were made using a rope-coil weave pattern. This collection was showcased with The Newcraftmaker as part of an exhibit called The Natural Room at Decorex 2024.
