Correas da Romá

The design of this staircase, hand forged from iron and finished with jatoba wood, is inspired by the marine world, specifically Himanthalia elongata, an algae at risk of extinction on the coast of Lugo, Galicia. The house where it is placed is located on the coast where these algae still exist. These stairs represent the seabed rocked by the sea.
