Orb Table Lamp
The Orb Table Lamp is comprised of a sphere base on a stand, and is made from timber hand turned on a lathe. The lamp base is hand painted in a trout colour, and then hand knotted with natural leather cord, using a sailor's knot known as a Carrick bend. The knots are linked together and ‘hold hands' around the sphere, but do not completely cover the base, allowing the painted colour to show through.
