During her creative process, Margot Thyssen encountered a technical problem which lead to the creation of a technique used to craft these bowls. It took Margot several years to fine tune and master the technique consisting in the building of objects by layering porcelain. Since she is a perfectionist, Margot had to turn a key in her head because this is a technique that she cannot control. The end result will always be something different.
