Floor lamp IV Nepenthis (by day)
The head of this lamp is carved from gourd. The design is based on a spiral drawn with mathematical precision. The whole fractal-like pattern grows and evolves between the top and the bottom, so there are no two identical parts of the pattern. The head of the lamp is made of gourd from Mali. The perforation is done with drills of twenty different diameters. Przemek Krawczyński pierced the lamp close to thirty thousand times.
