This silk ochre crepe tapestry (dyed naturally with coffee and turmeric) is hand-embroidered with white silk thread. It's a decorative element hanging from a wooden stick to be attached to a wall. It has been crafted following the embroidery technique typical of the Spanish "Mantón de Manila" shawls. The sides are made with hand-rolled hems and the bottom is finished with long silk fringes knotted by hand with the technique of macramé.
