Matcha tea bowl

This matcha tea bowl was shaped by hand on a potter's wheel. The interior is decorated with a white glaze with some small details and recycled wine glass crumbs. Eva Spoof uses Kultela clay to build the piece, a red earthenware wild clay from the small village of Kultela in Somero, southwest Finland. The material gives the products a wonderfully rich character.
