These porcelain sculptures are part of Annalia Amedeo's Verso series. They are flowers which open out in search of a direction. They can be arranged on the wall as an installation or on a base as in this case. Each element is a thin porcelain strip wrapped around itself to form the flower. The delicate pastel colours are obtained with cobalt metal salts applied with a brush.
Homo Faber Finds is a new service aiming to inspire admirers of craft to connect and collaborate with exceptional artisans.
