Martin Berger tells us its story: “One day, an architect friend called me to ask me if I could perform a large piece (450 x 230 cm) for a 3-star chef based in the South of France. Christophe Bacquié is a man of the sea, and his restaurant is a few kilometres away from the Mediterranean. I humbly brought the density, depth, and movement of this beautiful sea into this space.”
