Modern Santoku kitchen knife

This modern knife is created according to the Santoku principles, a Japanese way of designing western kitchen knives. It's a knife for everyday use, ideal for cutting, chopping, slicing and dicing. It is made from stainless Sandvik steel and has a handle from stabilised burl.
