Floral arrangement

An Ikebana-inspired floral arrangement of sorrel, allium and bearded iris, placed in a shallow footed dish using a kenzan (“spiky frog”) for structure. The peach-toned iris is reflected in the tips of the dock leaves, while the allium provides form and textural interest.
