Nest bowl

This very rounded bowl was hand-thrown on the potter's wheel. A small rectangular sprig of clay is attached to the rim to serve as a handle and also to create a strong architectural feel to the piece. Two thirds of the outside and part of the handle are covered in a strong, matt mustard yellow slip with the rim and inside being a white glossy glaze finish. It cries out to be held in ones hands.
