El Corazón de la Tierra collection

Inspired by the town of Huelva, Carmen Vega created this contouring dress in traditional polka dot, elegantly combined with embroidered tulle, chiffon, organdie and cotton. Three layers of ruffles in different fabrics give it all its flair. Collar and sleeves are in embroidered tulle with applications at the waist. Accessories include handmade gold hoops and velvet roses.
