Afternoon in the Vineyard

Nathalie Leturcq created this silk caftan with a botanical ecoprint, in which vine and rose leaves create gold and grey patterns that contrast with the watercolour purple of cochineal. A purple silk shawl dyed with palo campeche completes the ensemble, demonstrating the artist's devotion to natural dyes.
