Suleiman the Flowerhead

A joyful bunch of delphinium, dahlias, ammi majus, celastrus, apple branches and eucalyptus is arranged in a head-shaped ceramic container by Crita Ceramiche. The vase is a traditional testa di moro (moor's head) from Caltagirone, a town in Apulia famous for its ceramics, and it represents the sultan Suleiman the Magnificent.
