During INTERWOVEN, a Homo Faber Capsule, visitors and users of Homo Faber App were able to vote for their favourite object of the exhibition.
The piece that won the heart of the public was Le Grand Halo from Maison Spindler, an abstract wall panel evoking an implosion of light and energy. The work began as a drawing, with each shape then cut and glued to a thin strip of wood veneer before assemblage.
INTERWOVEN has welcomed 18,000 of you in Seville, drawn together and united by a love of craftsmanship and the inspiring work of a curated selection of Andalusian and international artisans. Their unique pieces have celebrated and revealed the diverse traditions, techniques, materials and human stories that are woven together to shape and share this passion for the handcrafted.
