Artefact Mosaic is an innovative studio, where artisans Alessandra Di Gennaro and Romuald Mesdagh create bespoke mosaic projects made of marble, as well as Venetian and Murano glass. The artisans invite you to tour their workshop, where they will showcase how they cut the tiles in vitreous enamels, marble or gold leaf using a hammer. You will also see a demonstration of various techniques, such as Byzantine and contemporary, and you will see different stages of mosaic construction, from an image to a finished mosaic. The visit is 15 EUR for children, and the time of the visit should be agreed upon in advance.
