Santiago Besteiro offers a made-to-measure experience, at an advanced level. The course starts with a visit to the workshop and an introduction to leather working, following all the different steps involved in it: cutting, folding, gluing, stitching and finally polishing. This course foresees the design and creation of a leather item (such as a wallet or a card holder) and the focus will be incorporating, besides leather the other materials that Santiago uses, stone and wood, in an eclectic and challenging combination. Materials and tools are supplied, as well as recommendations for accommodation. The workshop can be combined with a visit to the area which offers a beautiful natural scenario and many attractions, including the Camino de Santiago and Ruta de Os Pazos da Ulloa and an excellent cuisine.
