This workshop is suited to the more experienced smithy, as well as first-time forgers. When you have forged the kitchen knife either from carbon steel or carbon Damascus steel and hardened it yourself with a heat treatment that ensures the steel remains sharp, a teacher in the forge will then sharpen the knife for you. Besides learning to forge a blade, the participant also learns to shape the knife handle. At the end of the day of forging, leave with an unforgettable experience and a unique knife that can be used in the kitchen daily.
