Beginners macramé workshop in Serbia

Macramé is a popular weaving technique, one that Tijana Hojan Vukić mastered and is now passing on to others. In collaboration with the Dali Art & Craft space in Novi Sad, the founder of Štap&Kanap teaches a short history of macramé weaving and basic macramé knots in a step-by-step seminar. Participants will create their own macramé object – an aglet, a coaster or a hanging decoration, to take home, all while enjoying a welcome drink and snacks. All the visual materials distributed at the workshop remain available to participants, and they are encouraged to take on a more complicated macramé object by themselves.
