Tülin Bozüyük’s tableware designs showcase how dance can inspire fluid aesthetics in ceramic designs. For Tülin, it all began when she researched ceramic design to create plates for her own restaurant. This evolved into a passionate career, and she started teaching ceramic techniques at her studio, Touline Ceramics, in Etiler, Istanbul. “This blend of artistic and analytical training enriches my creations, reflecting my aesthetic sensibilities and disciplined craftsmanship,” says Tülin. She is inspired by nature’s organic shapes and the simple yet functional designs of primitive vessels and structures from ancient times. With all these elements combined, her ceramic tableware collections possess a modern flair twinned with timeless charm.
