Stoneware
This vessel by Mirna Bamieh was crafted from stoneware and paired with a separately hand built snake that coils around the surface. Inspired by ancient Mediterranean and Levantine forms, the piece explores the shifting relationship between vase and serpent, evoking movement, protection and transformation.
