Empty Robe #38

This sculpture by Xin Yang was carved from marble, forming subtle variations in thickness to balance structural stability with a delicate, cloud-like appearance. By transforming the stone into a hollow garment, the work explores the relationship between presence and absence, using the outer shell to suggest an invisible and intangible essence.
