Narciso and grapes

This plate, painted with high-fire pigments and a transparent glaze, celebrates the end of summer grape harvesting. The male figure was painted in a classical Greco-Roman style in cobalt blue tones. The outer green tones make reference to Andalusian pottery and an artisanal style from Coimbra.
