Anfora 1 and Anfora 2

These sculptures are inspired by the shape of ancient Roman amphorae, the large ceramic jars used in antiquity for the storage and transport of wine and olive oil. Delicate white biscuit porcelain threads are carefully extruded by hand and meticulously intertwined to create the final shape.
