Live knife making

Stefano Raffa will be working live in Ambulacro. The artisan will be demonstrating the creation of a steak knife block, as well as the assembly of the blades on deer antler handles with silver finishes, the processing of a nautilus to create a caviar holder, and finally the assembly of a truffle holder with deer tips.
